Heather has been sculpting for the last 15 years. Her work is figurative and she is particularly interested in the human form, and in portraiture.

She models from life, usually in clay, and the final piece of work is either hollowed out and fired in a kiln, or it is cast in either resin or bronze. Examples of her work are shown here.

Heather studied at Bath Academy of Art and later at the Accademia delle Belle Arti in Florence and, subsequently, she specialised in Sculpture at Park Walk, Chelsea. She is a member of the Free Painters and Sculptors, the Society of Women Artists and Corwen Creative Arts.

Heather lives and works in North Wales and is happy to undertake commissions.
